A new perception, letting go, a new word, a new idea. These all have one thing in common: they are mere fleeting thoughts unless or until they become actualized change.
For our own growth and increased understanding, it is important for us to actualize change through learning, perceiving and comprehending things in the world that will help us, not just now but for the longer term and our future selves as well. So many decisions are based on a fleeting idea and become mere moments in time that, in the scheme of things, add very little to a life and in fact can be detrimental.
So what is the methodology for actualizing productive, positive change?
It is more than some serendipitous serotonin rush. It is the internalizing and physical adjustment caused through using the knowledge in your own life as you own it the way you use the words you know, like this, to be informative and even persuasive.
You own something when you use it; when you actualize it from your own thought and expression.
To actualize positive change in your life. Take one step one at a time owning it through your own being, thought and expression. Be it to own it. Change then is axiomatic.
