Before I go on, I recognize there are people that are born with problems where they cannot successfully manage these things. This list is meant for the overall functional person.The people who help those who cannot do these for themselves, are angels on earth.
A functional person, needs to recognize that the way they think, feel about themselves and how they maintain their own health are three important, intertwined and necessary points of being a productive well adjusted, functional human with ongoing potential for long life and accomplishment.
Knowledge is power, your body is the only place you have to live and your self-esteem is at the root of who you are and what you accomplish.
Bottom line, your mind, body and health are yours. No one else makes these decisions for you and the way you curate them is your physical reality.
